Today banks are very different than they were even 30 years ago. Today banks are a lot more focused on Customer Service. And today's bank tellers need to know more about what are all the services a bank provides to it's customers. Bank tellers still have to know how to count cash and cash a cheque, but they also have to know about the modern banking tools -- ATM's, Online Banking, Interac and more. As well bank tellers need to know what some of the other products and services that banks provide so that they can advise customers about the various opportunities to manage their money needs.
