When we talked about Excellent Customer Service we also have to realize that we have an obligation also to the people we work with, our co-workers. These are people we see around us all the time. Many of them are doing the same job that you are doing, but some are supervisors or managers. Some also work in lending and investments. Each person that you work with has their own way of thinking about things. 

In this module we hope to help you understand the dynamics of how your co-worker family have to learn to get along. It's a bit like your own family, but with the fact that most of these people don't remember you wearing diapers.
